The Department of Postal Services would like to inform P.O. Box lessees, including the Government Departments, that the rent for the period from 1 January to 31 December2023 should be paid no later than 31 January, 2023. Rent may be prepaid for two or three years. Payments can be made to any Post Office, regardless of where the P.O. Box is located, or by sending a cheque to the Director of the Department of Postal Services, 1900 Lefkosia.

Please note that for customer convenience payments can be also made through www.jccsmart.com.

For P.O. Boxes rented by Government Departments, payment will be made through Verification note, after consultation with the Department of Postal Services.

As of 1 February, 2023 the lessees may renew the rental by paying an additional charge of €5, while from 1 March, 2023 the P.O. Boxes for which rental has not been renewed will be automatically released.

The annual rent for P.O. Boxes is:
- for one year: 31,00 EUR
- for two years: 55,00 EUR
- for three years: 85,00 EUR
