Consumer Price Index: March 2018
Inflation -0,5% In March 2018, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased by 0,71 units to 99,27 units compared to 98,56 units in February 2018. Registered unemployed: March 2018
The unemployed persons, registered at the District Labour Offices on the last day of March 2018, reached 30.616 persons. Based on the seasonally adjusted data that show the trend of unemployment, the number of registered unemployed for March 2018 decreased to 27.816 persons in comparison to 28.530 in the previous month. Average monthly earnings of employees: 4th Quarter 2017

Health and Hospital Statistics 2016
In-patient Discharges During 2016, 78.486 patients were treated and discharged from the general hospitals of the public sector, remaining at approximately the same levels as in 2015 (78.988). In addition, 1.481 patients were treated and discharged from Kyperounta and Polis Rural Hospitals in 2016 compared to 1.564 in 2015, recording a decrease of 5,3%.
