High concentrations of dust are observed in the air today, 14 October 2019, according to measurements from ground Stations of the Air Quality Monitoring Network operated by the Department of Labour Inspection.The public, and particularly any vulnerable groups of population (children, older people, and the infirm) are urged to avoid circulating in open spaces until the observed episode has elapsed, as the small size of respirable particles in dust may have negative effects on human health.E...

Government employment by category in September 2019 – Total Employment: 51.792

In September 2019 total government employment increased by 346 persons (0,7%) in comparison to the corresponding month of 2018 and reached 51.792 persons. Permanent staff decreased by 538 persons (-1,9%), from 28.521 to 27.983 persons.
