Research and development activity in Cyprus in 2017

Consumer Price Index: Inflation decreased by 0,2% in June 2019

In June 2019, the Consumer Price Index increased by 0,11 units and reached 101,29 units compared to 101,18 units in May 2019. Compared to June 2018, the CPI decreased by 0,2%. Decrease in the number of registered unemployed in June 2019

The unemployed persons, registered at the District Labour Offices on the last day of June 2019, reached 18.960 persons. Based on the seasonally adjusted data that show the trend of unemployment, the number of registered unemployed for June 2019 decreased to 22.238 persons in comparison to 22.548 in the previous month.
