Extension of the final date for harmonization with the legislation on the Law on Associations, Foundations and Clubs
The Office of the Commissioner for Volunteering and Non-Governmental Organizations informs the associations, foundations and clubs that the House of Representatives has voted to extend its application on Associations and Foundations and other Related Issues of Law 2017 (Law 104 (I) of 2017, 76 (I) of 2018) and as amended in 2018.Therefore, the necessary changes must be submitted by the Associations, Foundations and Clubs by 27/10/2020, in order to be harmonized with the relevant legislation....
