In March 2020, the Consumer Price Index increased by 0,11 units and reached 101,34 units compared to 101,23 units in February 2020. Compared to March 2019, the CPI increased by 0,7%. The Minister of Communications and Works, Mr Yiannis Karousos, issued today, Thursday, April 2020, a Decree concerning the prohibition of flights as of 12.00 am Cyprus time, April 4, 2020 and for a 14 -day period, except for those related to the transport of cargo, departure of passengers from the Republic of Cyprus and flights for humanitarian purposes.
