Announcement with regard to postal items from and to Italy
The Cyprus Post would like to inform you that due to the coronavirus outbreak in Italy the airlines have started to suspend their flights to and from Italy. As a result, it is expected that there will be delays in the arrival of postal items from Italy.Furthermore, the acceptance and the dispatch of postal items with destination to Italy have been suspended until further notice.The situation is going to be monitored and you will be updated regularly(ND/II)

Employment - National Accounts: 4th Quarter 2019
Total Employment for the 4th quarter of 2019 is estimated at 441719 persons, of which 391156 are employees and 50563 are self-employed.Compared to the corresponding quarter of 2018, total employment for the 4th quarter of 2019 increased by 3,0%. The unemployed persons, registered at the District Labour Offices on the last day of February 2020, reached 25.620 persons.
