House Price Index (HPI): 4th quarter 2019 Annual Change -4,8%

Euro Medium Term Notes Dual Tranche

The Republic of Cyprus has priced today 7/4/2020 two new benchmark-sized Euro Medium Term Notes for a total amount of EUR1,75 bn. The EUR 1,25 bn 7-year EMTN was priced at spread of 165 bps over the mid-swap rate and the EUR 0,5 bn 30-year EMTN was priced at spread of 215 bps over the mid-swap rate.The combined orderbook reached EUR 2,6 bn (EUR 1,8 bn for the 7-year Note and EUR0,8 bn for the 30-year Note).Statistical details will be released tomorrow. (DC/II)
