Annual Change +13,1%The Output Prices Index in Construction for the second quarter of 2022 reached 129,45 units (base year 2015=100,00), recording an increase of 3,6% over the first quarter of 2022. House Price Index (HPI): 2nd Quarter 2022
Annual Change 2,0%According to preliminary estimate of the Statistical Service, the HPI for the second quarter of 2022 amounts to 106,35 units. Decrease both in Area (-9,9%) and in Value (-4,0%)The Statistical Service announces that the number of building permits authorized by the municipal authorities and the district administration offices during July 2022 stood at 623. The total value of these permits reached €245,6 million and the total area 199,2 thousand square metres. Inflation 8,7%In September 2022, the Consumer Price Index decreased by 0,22 units and reached 113,12 units compared to 113,34 units in August 2022. In September 2022, the inflation increased by 8,7%.
