Consumer Price Index (CPI): August 2022
In August 2022, the Consumer Price Index decreased by 0,29 units and reached 113,34 units compared to 113,63 units in July 2022. In August 2022, the inflation increased by 8,9%. First adapted COVID-19 booster vaccines recommended for approval in the EU
EMA’s human medicines committee (CHMP) has recommended authorising two vaccines adapted to provide broader protection against COVID-19. The Turnover Value Index of Retail Trade for July 2022 increased by 11,4% compared to the corresponding month of the previous year (Table 1).
