Statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the operation of the Chora Church as Muslim Mosque

The implementation of Turkey’s decision to operate the Chora Church in Istanbul as a Muslim Mosque violates the UNESCO Convention, which has listed it as a World Heritage Site.
