Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices (HICP): October 2021
Annual Rate of Change4,4% In October 2021 the Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices increased by 4,4% when compared to the index of October 2020 while, when compared to the index of September 2021, the HICP increased by 0,9%. SafePass possession checks via the CovScan application will be mandatory as of 22 November
Following a decision of the Council of Ministers to carry out SafePass possession checks via the CovScan Cyprus application, the Ministry of Health reminds that the use of the application becomes mandatory from Monday, 22 November, onwards.The application quickly and safely certifies the validity of the European Digital Certificate (EUDCC) for SafePass purposes.
