Agriculture Minister departed for Brussels to attend EU Agriculture and Fisheries Council

The Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment, Mr Costas Kadis, departed for Brussels to attend the EU Agriculture and Fisheries Council, which will be held today.

During the session of the Council, Ministers will exchange views on how agriculture and food safety can meet the ambitions of the new European Green Deal. They will also have the opportunity to discuss the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) transitional rules.
