The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Nikos Christodoulides, will meet in the afternoon of Monday, January 4, with his Chinese counterpart, Mr. Wang Yi, who will be making a stopover in Cyprus en route to Africa.

During the meeting, the two Ministers are expected to discuss the bilateral relations between the two countries and exchange views inter alia on the Cyprus problem, including the initiative of the UN General that is under way aimed at the resumption of negotiations, as well as on EU – China relations.
