The Ministry of Health proceeds to the third phase of the National Vaccination Plan for COVID-19, with vaccinations for the 75-79 age group. Specifically, as of February 9, at 9 am, the Vaccination Portal will be accessible for the arrangement of appointments for people aged 79 or older. The appointments will relate to the period 9-20 February in all districts.

The implementation of the Plan continues with age-based subgroups and in accordance with the quantities received from the three licensed vaccines. The aim is to administer at least the 1st dose of the vaccine to people over the age of 75 and to health care professionals in February. At the same time, the vaccination of individuals within specific groups with increased risk factors for serious illness has gradually begun.
