Remaining committed to the goal of continuously improving the service provided to citizens and minimizing inconvenience and delays, the Ministry of Health proceeds on Monday, July 19, with the operation of hotlines in order to facilitate citizens who wish to reschedule their appointment for the administration of the 2^nd dose of the vaccine.

Specifically, citizens who have postponed or missed their appointment for vaccination with the 2^nd dose can contact telephone numbers 22 605 400, 97 710 101 and 97 710 202, where they should state the following:

• Name and Surname
• ID Number         
• Date of Birth  
• Date and time of the appointment   
• Vaccination Centre   
• Vaccine type
• Contact telephone number (preferably mobile number)

The email address vacrescheduling@mphs.moh.gov.cy is cancelled.

In case of cancellation of an appointment for the 1^st dose, citizens must contact the 1474 call centre. After the cancellation, citizens can arrange a new appointment through the Vaccination Portal at a date, time and Vaccination Centre of their choice.

Finally, it is reminded that the Vaccination Portal remains constantly open for the scheduling of appointments by persons aged 16 and over, with all available vaccines.

The intention is to continue with the vaccination coverage of as much percentage of the population as possible, in order to achieve the goal of protecting the population and improving the epidemiological situation for the benefit of society and the economy of the country.
