Committed to the target of achieving vaccination coverage against COVID-19 of as large a percentage of the population as possible and aiming to facilitate the vaccination in Cyprus with the 2^nd dose of citizens who have received the 1^st dose abroad, the Ministry of Health initially informs that beneficiaries are only persons who fall into the following categories:

1. Cypriot citizens, or
2. Permanent residents of the Republic, or
3. Citizens registered with the GHS.

Requests for appointments for the 2^nd dose in Cyprus can be submitted either by calling the 1474 hotline, or by sending an email to covid19@dmrid.gov.cy. In this communication, all the following information must be necessarily submitted:

• Name and Surname
• Number of identity document (identity card, passport, Alien Registration Card)
• Date of birth
• Date of administration of the 1^st dose
• Vaccine type
• Telephone number
• Email address
• District of residence

The appointment is arranged in a very short time after the submission of the request, therefore, requests should be submitted after the arrival of the interested citizen in Cyprus.
