The Tax Department announces that the due date of:

• the submission of the VAT Return and payment of the tax due, for the period ending 31 January 2018, and
• the submission of the INTRASTAT Declaration for February 2018,

are extended until Monday 12/3/2018.

The extension was deemed necessary, since the 10^th of March 2018 (initial due date of submission) is not a working day.

Any overdue returns, payments or declarations for the above periods submitted after the extended date of 12/3/2018 will be subject to charges, additional tax and interest, in accordance with the relevant Legislation (on Value Added Tax and Intrastat law).
