Minister Costas Kadis travels to Brussels for the Agriculture and Fisheries Council

The Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and the Environment, Mr. Costas Kadis, departs today for Brussels to participate in the EU Agriculture and Fisheries Council meeting taking place on Tuesday 14 May 2019.

The Council will continue the discussion on the new Common Agricultural Policy so that it can be further simplified. The Ministers of Agriculture will also exchange views on the agricultural aspects of the Commission’s Communication “Clean planet for all: Strategic long-term vision for a climate neutral economy”.
