The Law Concerning the Election of the Members of the European Parliament

 Because, following an Electoral Order issued by the Minister of the Interior, in accordance with the provisions of the Electoral Legislation, a vote was held on Sunday, May 26, 2019, for the election of the members of the European Parliament,

And because, from the aggregation and ranking of the results of the voting and, following a distribution of seats, the following seats have been assigned to the following combinations:   

And because, according to the provisions of the Election Legislation, the seats that are assigned to each combination are taken up by the candidates of the combination that have collected the most votes and in the event of a tie, the seat shall be awarded by drawing lots among the candidates that tied,

Therefore, I, Kypros Kyprianou, European Parliamentary Elections Chief Returning Officer, exercising the powers granted to me by the provisions of the Electoral Legislation, proclaim, according to the ranking of the results of the voting and, on the basis of the ranking of the candidates, after counting their votes as elected members of the European Parliament, the following persons, the names of whom are published in the Government Gazette,
