The Ministry of Health, aiming to provide better service to citizens, offers the opportunity to persons who so wish to rearrange their appointment for the 2^nd dose of the vaccine against the COVID-19 disease also through its telephone lines 22 60 54 00, 97 71 01 01 and 97 71 02 02.

It is clarified that citizens can contact the above telephone numbers from Monday to Friday between 7:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. After 4:00 p.m., citizens can only send a text message to mobile phones 97 71 01 01 and 97 71 02 02.

The appointment for vaccination against the COVID-19 disease will be arranged only within the week in which the telephone communication was made by the citizen, as the personnel managing the telephone calls know the availability of appointments at the vaccination centres all over Cyprus only for the specific week.

It is clarified that through the specific telephone lines there can be no rescheduling of the 1st dose that was arranged through the Vaccination Portal by the beneficiary. Citizens who, for whatever reason, wish to reschedule for a 1st dose must contact the call center 1474, cancel their appointment and arrange a new one through the Vaccination Portal or by telephone.

It is noted that all requests for rescheduling that were sent to email: vacrescheduling@mphs.moh.gov.cy will be arranged for the benefit of the citizens. 

Finally, it is pointed out that the Vaccination Portal will remain open continuously and interested citizens can schedule appointments with the available vaccines.
