The Ministry of Health informs that the operating hours of the Vaccination Centres against the COVID-19 disease change as of Wednesday 14 December 2022, as follows:

• Walk-in vaccination centres in all districts, except the vaccination centres in *Kyperounta and **Polis Chrysochous, will operate from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (for operating hours list see below).

It is reminded that:

A booster dose of the vaccine is recommended for persons of 12 years of age and over, provided that a period of five (5) months has elapsed since the administration of the last dose of the vaccine.

• Beneficiaries will be able to be served through the walk-in vaccination centres operating in all districts.
• Vaccination with a booster dose of the vaccine is recommended after 3 months from the 1st COVID-19 positive test.
• An identification document (identity card, passport) and a vaccination card must be presented for vaccination.
• As regards the vaccination of persons under the age of 18 years, the written consent form of parents/guardians signed by both parents, where applicable, is necessary. (Greek or English form)
