Announcement by the Department of Antiquities regarding works executed at Amathous Archaeological Site

The Department of Antiquities of the Deputy Ministry of Culture announces that, due to maintenance works executed at the Archaeological Site of Amathous, during the weekends of 8^th and 9^th of February and 15^th and 16^th of February 2025, there will be circulation of heavy machinery at the area.

Visitors of the site as well as those driving on the coastal road by the archaeological site are required to be cautious and follow the instructions of the police and the personnel on the site.

The Department of Antiquities apologises in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
