The Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in Greece, the Press and Information Office of the Republic of Cyprus, and the Municipality of Strovolos Photographic Association cordially invite you to the opening of Adonis Christoforou photographic exhibition, titled: “Photographic Documents from the Recent History of Cyprus’’, on Thursday, 31 January 2019, at 7:00 p.m., at the Cultural Office of the Cyprus Embassy (“Spiti tis Kyprou”), in Athens.

Addresses will be delivered by the Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr Kyriacos Kenevezos, the Director of the Press and Information Office of the Republic of Cyprus, Ms Sophie Michaelides, and Ms Lenia Orphanidou, President of the Municipality of Strovolos Photographic Association.

The Press and Information Office is also proud to present the first three issues of   “Photographic Notebooks” by Adonis Christoforou, Polydoros Constantinides and Fanis Parpayiris. The publications will be presented by Ms Antonia Socratous Pedone, Press Officer at the Press and Information Office.

The exhibition’s curator is Mr Christos Avraamides.

The exhibition will be open from February 1^st until February 8^th 2019, Monday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m., and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
